New Zealanders love cars with 2.5 million cars for 4 million people making them one of the countries to have the highest car ownership rate in the world.`
This was the first country to have its three top positions of power held simultaneously by women; Prime Minister Helen Clark, Governor General Dame Silvia Cartwright and the Chief Justice Sian Elias.
30% of the country is forest.
Hi Levi! It is a pleasure to finally meet you online to start off our Summer Learning Journey this year. My name is Susie and I will be commenting on your blogs throughout summer. I am from Korea and I just finished my studies to become a teacher. I absolutely love spending time outside in nature and also my favourite subject in school used to be Art. Maybe that's why up to this day I love to draw, paint and design! What is your favourite subject in school? Also, what do you love to do during your free time? I would love to know.
ReplyDeleteIt is great that you have mentioned points about New Zealand across many different topics. Do you also love cars? Who is your favourite women figure out of the three you have mentioned and why?
No wonder there are so many beautiful mountains in this country - my personal favourite is Mount Cook, which is the highest mountain in New Zealand. What is your favourite nature spot?
Looking forward to hearing back from you Levi! :)

ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteLevi I really like your blog post about the populations of the cars in NZ. Your writing was so good but maybe next time you could put some photos in your blog. How did you know who was the first country to have its top three positions?
Hi Levi I think your facts about New Zealand are fascinating. I especially like the forestry fact. I didn't know that 30% of New Zealand was forestry. Keep up the good work!
